• Ok, so how does this work...?

  You set up an appointment for us to come clean. We show up with cleaning supplies wearing our Mama Bear shirts. After the cleaning is done, you’ll receive an invoice in your email that you can pay however you want. Many of our clients have never hired a home cleaner before - it’s totally ok to ask questions!

• Do I need to be home while my house is being cleaned?

  Nope! You can be there if you like, we’ll work around you.

• Do I need to provide any supplies?

  We provide all the cleaning supplies and tools, although we’ll use your vacuum if we see it to prevent dragging allergens from house to house.

• Is it all right if my dogs are home?

  We love dogs! But they can’t tell the difference between robbers and housekeepers. Please crate your dogs or have them in a designated room that doesn’t need cleaned.

• Are you licensed and insured?

  Yes! We do business with integrity and have protections set up for your benefit.

• Is it ok for me to use this service, even though I could do the cleaning myself?

  Your time is so important. We enjoy spending our time cleaning. Let us take care of that part so you can spend your time on what you enjoy.
